The 1st International Symposium Materials on Regenerative Medicine (ISOMRM) has been organized by the National Health Research Institutes, Taiwan to promote global collaboration in biomedical research and to enhance Taiwan’s influence on biomedical materials and regenerative medicine sectors. This symposium marks the beginning of hosting international conferences in Taiwan's biomedical materials sector, with plans to hold it biennially, establishing Taiwan's international standing in biomedical materials research.The symposium has since been successfully held six times, attracting numerous outstanding talents from both domestic and international communities.

The Forthcoming 7th Conference, focused on industry-academia collaboration, is co-organized by the Taoyuan City Government, National Central University, the Biomedical Materials and Drug Delivery Society (BCRS), Cathay General Hospital, and the Hsinchu Biomedical Science Park Incubation Center. We aim to leverage the expertise of professionals from government, academia, research, industry, and healthcare to enhance Taiwan's R&D performance on the global stage.
