2025 ISOMRM Exhibitor Registration Instructions
Welcome to the 7th Taiwan International Regenerative Medicine Materials Application Conference!
To help all exhibitors complete the registration process smoothly, please follow the steps below:
Registration Steps
Step 1|Download & Submit the Registration Form
Please complete the exhibitor registration form.

After filling it out, please scan and email it to: 2025isomrm@gmail.com
Step 2|Await Confirmation from the Organizer
After your registration form is submitted, the organizing team will review your application and booth eligibility.
If there are any questions, we will reach out to you directly for clarification.
Step 3|Receive Confirmation & Payment Instructions
Once your registration is approved, you will receive:
- A confirmation email for your booth reservation
- Invoice and payment instructions (wire transfer / online payment, etc.)

Booth Selection Guidelines

- Unmarked/blank booths indicate they are still available.
After completing your payment, please email the organizer with the following information:

Company Name

Contact Person’s Name & Phone Number

Preferred Booth Number(s) — You may provide 2–3 alternative options
Booth allocation will be confirmed based on the order of payment received.
The organizer will reply via email (2025isomrm@gmail.com) to confirm the assigned booth and complete your registration.
Step 4|Finalize Your Registration & Submit Required Files
Once payment is completed, your registration will be confirmed. Please upload the following materials to the Exhibitor Management Cloud Drive:
- Company Logo (300dpi image or AI file, filename: company name) → Upload to the Exhibitor Logo Folder
- Company Website Link → Fill out in the Company Website Link Form
- Exhibited Product Image (300dpi image or AI file, filename: company name) → Upload to the Product Image Folder
- Product Link for Website Listing → Fill out in the Product Link Form
- Gala Dinner Attendance List → Upload to the Gala Dinner List Folder (skip if not attending)
